How does the discount work?
Flexi Flats offer 20% off when you purchase 4 or more pairs of Flexi Flats in a single order. The discount applies to the total price of the Flexi Flats and does not include postage.
The discount is automatically calculated and will be displayed in your shopping cart before you confirm your order. The discount is applicable only to individual orders. You cannot receive a discount on multiple orders of less than 4 items.
FlexiFlats are made from a flexible rubber sole and soft synthetic upper. FlexiFlats are not manufactured from animal products.
Yes you can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping by simply removing it from your Shopping Cart. However, once your order has been confirmed, it's not possible for you to change or cancel it prior to dispatch. The order will be sent to you. Refer to our Returns Policy if you require further information.
To purchase a product on our site, simply select the size, colour and quantity of the item you wish to buy and click 'Add to Cart'. You can then go back and add additional items to your cart by clicking 'Continue Shopping' or click 'Proceed to Checkout' to finalise your purchase. Please note you will need your credit card details, including the billing address to finalise your online shopping experience.

FlexiFlats are a compact, stylish solution to stiletto-induced sore feet. They will get you home comfortably, around the office and a few more hours on the dance floor. Due to the flexible and compact nature of FlexiFlats, they are not suitable for long periods of wear or months of repeat use.
FlexiFlats are designed to be worn when your feet can take no more of those painful - albeit pretty- stilettos. Some of the occasions when they've saved our soles include commuting to and from work, at the office, around the apartment, at weddings, and above all - a night out on the town!
We track every parcel, so please contact us with your order number so that we can find its whereabouts.
