Delivery Time

We aim to deliver all standard orders within 9-15 days of purchase (Hong Kong = 3 days) from multiple dispatch points around the world. Need faster flats? Choose the 'Express' option at checkout and we'll deliver your order within 2-4 days of purchase (United States, Australia, India, Brazil, Japan = 3-7 days). Not fast enough? Email info@flexiflats.net to enquire how quickly we can get your Flexi Flats to you. Please note that we are unable to send orders by 'Express Post' to PO Box addresses. Unexpected postal delays may occur for reasons outside of our control.

Delivery Cost

Unless specified, delivery charges are additional and are displayed in the billing currency selected on the SHOP page. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The exact shipping fee for all destinations will be displayed during the order checkout process, before order confirmation.

Shipping to Australia, currency is Australian Dollars:
1-3 pairs/order = $8 Standard / $16 Express
4-6 pairs/order = $18 Standard / $23 Express
7+ pairs/order = $26 Express

Shipping to USA, currency is US Dollars:
1-3 pairs/order = $8 Standard / $12 Express
4-6 pairs/order = $13 Standard / $17 Express
7+ pairs/order = $23 Express

Shipping to EU, currency is Euro:
1-3 pairs/order = €6 Standard / €15 Express
4-6 pairs/order = €10.50 Standard / €19 Express
7+ pairs/order = €17.50 Standard / €23 Express

Order Tracking

We track the delivery progress of every express order. This means we are able to locate the exact position of your order anywhere in the world.

We utilise a range of postage partners including DHL, UPS, EMS, HKBRAM, AUSTRALIA POST & USPS.

Missing Order

Please contact us if your order hasn't arrived within the specified delivery time. Ensure to include your order number in any correspondence. info@flexiflats.net
