Returns Policy
'Change of Mind' Policy
Flexi Flats is not legally obligated to give refunds off the purchase price or exchange the flats simply because you have changed your mind about the purchase quantity or colour.
Incorrect Size Policy
Flexi Flats cannot refund your order if you have purchased an incorrect size. However, we will exchange your order for a different size so long as:
(a) items are in original condition. 'Original condition' means that the item has not been worn other than the initial trying on and are unmarked. We recommend you try on your shoes on carpeted flooring.
(b) items are not damaged or altered in anyway.
(c) items are in the original packaging. (d) we receive the items within 20 days of purchase date.
To exchange your shoes, please send us (1) a copy of the purchase invoice, (2) items to be exchanged, and (3) an accompanying note explaining which size you require to:

Upon receipt of your returned items, we will examine the products. If the product is deemed to be in a saleable and unused condition, we will dispatched your replacement shoes. Please note that exchanging items can take up to 15 days to process. You must return the items to be exchanged at your own expense.
IMPORTANT: Your credit card will be re-charged the original postage cost (this can be found on the invoice emailed to you by flexiflats.net at time of purchase).
Flexi Flats cannot exchange your purchase if we are out of stock. In this circumstance, you will be offered an exchange for other items on flexiflats.net to the same value as your original purchase.
Please choose carefully and use our sizing chart if necessary.
Cancellations Policy
You can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping by simply removing it from Shopping Cart. However, once your order has been confirmed, it's not possible for you to change or cancel it prior to dispatch. The order will be sent to you.
Faulty Item Policy
Our customers are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose. Our policy under these circumstances is:
You (the customer) are entitled to a refund or replacement for items you purchase from Flexi Flats if the item is:
(a) faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or
(b) not 'of merchantable quality', meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or
(c) not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would;
and you return the item or provide evidence of the fault (i.e. photo of defect) within 7 days after receiving the item and provide Flexi Flats with proof of purchase, such as your Flexi Flats purchase email confirmation or bank statement. If you do not return the item or provide evidence of defect within 7 days, you will not be entitled to a refund at the purchase price but you will be entitled to a replacement. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.
Flexi Flats reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item.
